Absolutely would recommend our GP/family doctor Scott Schaeffer, and have recommended him many times during our decades-long relationship where he has gotten to know my family and me as people, not just patients. Now, since he is affiliated with MDVIP and has a smaller practice, he is accessible extra-quickly. He has always been a sympathetic listener and detailed explainer, sharing his extensive knowledge with us patients and, when necessary, never hesitated to order tests and has always referred us to excellent specialists. And considering our numerous medical issues (no fault of his!), he has kept our bodies functioning well. Even giving Covid vaccine. The MDVIP resources and online access to our recent medical records offer us ways to be more proactive about our health. We appreciate him and all he's done for us!

I have been a patient of Dr. Schaeffer for 27 years. He is one of the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had in all my years. He takes care of our whole family, myself, my husband and our daughter. He took care of my mother in law until she passed at the age of 95. He loved her as his own mother. We have always been treated well never had to wait more than a day for an appointment. We trust him, he is professional yet you feel at ease talking to him about anything that may come up. I don't know what we will do if he ever retires.
