Appx 10 year patient, service has fallen off
I have been a patient for approximately 10 years. I typically only go in 1 or 2 times a year. Even after I moved an hour away, I kept Dr. Simms because I could always get in when needed. The care was appropriate, and communication was great. I saw a clinic over the weekend and got a steroid shot. I now feel even worse and am presenting with flu or covid symptoms. They wont get me in until next week on Monday. I was floored. I wish I had switched PCP's a few years ago so now I wouldn't be stuck in the wind. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend anyone to this practice as a result. What good is a PCP if you cannot get in when you actually need them? I could easily accept waiting a day or so, but almost a week? That is non-sense. Tell me you no longer want me as a patient without saying the words. This is how you do it.

Scott is a very caring sincere Dr. My concern is for him. I think he is scheduled with too many appointments and it will take a too on his health. He really connects & feels for his patients.

Love Dr Simms, he listens, answers questions thoroughly and is very encouraging. When he is running behind, he still takes the time and doesn't rush through to get to the next patient.
