My experience was very good and I am also a physician. He and his tech were prompt, thorough, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. So what if he doesn’t talk much? He is well trained and COMPETENT

I was referred to him for a small bump on my lower eye lid. They insisted that they needed to dilate my eye to check for glaucoma. I explained I had my eye exam several months ago and I was fine. He spent about 5 minutes with me. He wasn’t very friendly and didn’t bother to explain what it was but just said I need to see another specialist and the staff could make that appointment. Tried to make an appointment but the soonest they had a opening was August. Would recommend Dr Stoller or the Naperville Rickett Location.

TERRIBLE!! Lied about treatment side effects and left me alone after I passed out to wake up alone, scared and confused. Dr. Stoller recommended a steroid injection for my chalazia. I asked if it would be painful and if there were side effects. He said the pain would only last ten seconds and there were zero side effects. The pain was so bad I screamed in agony and did not subside after the injection was over. I told him I was nauseous and dizzy, he asked if I was ok when I had the energy to respond I realized I was alone in the room. I had passed out and THIS DUDE LEFT THE ROOM!! I had a headache and pain radiating throughout my entire face. I asked if any other patients reacted this way and he said yes but typically young men. Why did he not tell me this when I asked him if there were side effects.

Terrible bedside manner. Mom saw him for the 1st time as new patient and he spent less than 10 mins on the checkup. When I ask him questions concerning my mom eyes - he brush it off and replied in such condescending manner. I highly do NOT recommend him.

I'm not sure what others mean by their comments about being distant or unapproachable. I have found him very engaging and when I have questions, he is always ready to answer them in "laymen" terms so I understand what he means.

1st off the office staff is very nice (excluding front desk). Young lady that took care of me was wonderful. Explained each step and what it was for. Now the dr on the other hand not so nice. No eye contact when talking. I had Lazer surgery in one of my eyes 3 yrs ago fr glacoma. I decided not to have the other eye done because the pressures have been normal. As soon as I said I didn’t need the surgery at this time he said fine make an appointment for 6 months and walked out. L

I had an Eye Exam with Dr. Stoller for intense light sensitivity & blurred vision. He condescendingly dismissed me, recommending eye drops. 3 months later my symptoms worsened. I went to a different Dr. After hearing my symptoms, she asked several probing questions and then took photos of the insides of my eyes. Results- Cataracts in both eyes. I was referred to a surgeon who removed both cataracts and gave me the gift of sight. Dr. Stoller pompously ignored the tell-tail signs. No recommendatio

Horrible. I was referred by my neurologist when my migraines worsened and I had become light sensitive and had a sharp pain in my eye. Being in my early 40's and otherwise healthy I was scared...he offered me no answers. I said I thought it might be mold in my house, he mocked me and said with a laugh "it's not mold" and walked out. Well genius, my house tested off the charts (penicillium & I'm highly allergic to penicillan) and was killing me. Take note of these reviews...choose another doctor.

Personality of a rock. Unapproachable, not friendly, takes a long time before even acknowledging you and after reviewing results. Has got the "I'm the doctor-God" syndrome. Pick another doc if you anticipate seeing them on a regular basis. His "tech" was none too friendly either..they're 2 peas in a pod.

Bad enough as a mother I am dealing with a son who needs special doctors and I have these people hanging up on me like its not their job or that i have to travel the country to find a good doctor for my son who takes cash.. By their charactor already this wasnt the place for my son anyway.

Cold personality. After many visits I am still having the same issues! I'm not satisfied at all. I'll be seeking a new Dr. Long wait time (after appt time) in waiting room, then even longer amount of time alone in a room.
