The staff and nurses are wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Trufant for over ten years. In recent years, his bedside manner has changed and not for the better. My brother recently died unexpectedly and I started experiencing panic attacks afterwards. Dr. Trufant could not have cared less about the circumstances causing my anxiety. He implied I have dealt with depression for a while, this was nothing different, without even considering the loss of my my brother and recent hospital visit. He seemed annoyed with me and the reason for my visit from the start of our appointment. He went straight into informing me of what he would not do, such as writing notes for being out of work or prescribing sleep aids when I never requested either of those things. After 13 years, I won’t be going back. He made me feel as if my current circumstances were no big deal, I was wasting his time, and I shouldn’t have made an appointment in the first place.

Why did you make an appointment for 17 days after I tested positive for Covid just to call me the day before my appointment to tell me you couldn't test me and the appointment was canceled. This is inexcusable and I will be moving to a new Primary Care physician

This "DR" is abhorrent. Unbelievably unprofessional. Clearly only cares about the all mighty dollar. My assumption is his license will be revoked and he will be a car salesman within the next 6 months. Do not risk your life, stay away.

Very quick to send you off for testing to figure problems out rather than looking at you, your makeup, history and your life. Doesn’t listen

Mr. Trufant, I would not even consider a doctor. He lacks the proper bedside manner to be consider a doctor.
