Great doctor
Dr. Baran is not only a great doctor but a great listener who fully explained my knee injury. Dr. Baran showed great concern, was caring and I didn’t feel the injection he administered. I appreciated the time he took during my visit and orders for physical therapy which helped tremendously with my recover. Grateful to be treated by him!

I am beyond pleased with and grateful for my complete left hip replacement (anterior approach). Dr. Baran, while obviously highly intelligent and talented, is also one of the most kind and caring doctors I have ever had experience with. I believe and X-rays yesterday confirmed that my surgery was a perfect success. I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere when/if the time comes for my other hip or should any other Orthopedic needs arise.

I tore my ACL and MCL while skiing and Dr. Baran repaired both for me. I've had a few other injuries in the past and worked with other Orthopedic surgeons and Dr. Baran was by far the best I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, spent a lot of time answering my questions and making sure I understood all of my options and the potential outcomes associated with them. He was honest, caring and really invested in how he could help me through my injuries and get me back to full health. I would hands down recommend him to anyone that is in need of a top class Orthopedic surgeon.

As a 59 year old that had a minimal fall skiing in February, but twisted and tore up my knee more than I knew was possible. I saw Dr. Baran the day after. I had chose to see him because of my confidence in the great doctors at Western Orthopedics. Dr. Baran was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining options and very caring. Surgery was scheduled for about 7 weeks later to allow my MCL to hopefully heal. The COVID-19 pandemic caused my surgery to be put on hold, but was finally done in early May. Dr. Baran was so personable and did an amazing Job as a surgeon. I am so thankful that I am recovering so well and should be back to doing the activities I love and enjoy so much! Thank you and I would highly recommend Dr Sean Baran??

At first we had a rocky start because I broke my leg and had surgery out of state so no medical records to provide ASAP but then things got much better once we moved passed that. I would for sure recommend him. He provided sound advice when an area of my incision was not healing that I’m not sure another doc would have recommended. Dr. Baran is a straight shooter no fluff which I appreciate in a doctor!
