Dr. Sean Castellucci, DO

First visit after being handed off from another doctor who left the practice. Found him to be very cordial, attentive and aware of my previous visits

After going through all of the tests to prepare for my surgery, the staff screwed up scheduling and medications for my surgery. Then they didn't return calls. Now I have to find a new urologist.

I had an ER diagnosis of a tumor or stone in my bladder over 1.5 cm's. My appointment with the doctor turned bad when they ordered the wrong procedure. I showed the counter people the CT report, they couldn't change the order. They doubled down on ignorance and discharged me as a patient after a decade in their care. I had a new group aggressively removed a 3cm cancer tumor. I'm do for oncology on December 12th. My GP gave me the best referral ever.

My Dad was referred here due to having to use the restroom every 1.5 hrs.. The schedulers at the Bradenton office (esp. Melba and Alex, Sup.) are the absolute worst. His TURP surgery was rescheduled 3x over a month & a 1/2 period (which he SUFFERED through)... The 3rd time, it was cancelled by the doctor (who blamed the hospital for cancelling) at 7:30pm the night before. The hospital said THEY didn't cancel?!. Then, to make matters worse, my Dad's car was towed out of the Parking Lot (addl' $178 he doesn't have). Please, for the sake of your family member, please find a different Urology Center or private Urologist not associated with Urology Partners. I wish I would have read all these negative reviews first... :-(

I have been going to him since 2011 and he is absolutely fabulous HOWEVER.................the office is the worst ever. I have even spoken to him about it and he agrees - says they are working on it. NEVER answer phone, cancel appointments all the time AT THE LAST MINUTE, do not tell the truth about all their mistakes, wait until last minute to request forms for surgery which gives you no time to get them - say we will just have to reschedule your surgery with no concern about all the arrangements you have had to make to have surgery, do not tell the truth about why appointments are being changed, dont refill the correct prescriptions, never have the same information about you or your situation, no one is on the same page, give you antibiotics for no reason and refuse to change them or take you off of them when you tell them you are extremely ill from them - want to blame everything thing on you - the new nurse manager NANCY needs to work in a place where there are no people -

Have been trying to get an ultrasound from his medical staff since March. While he may be competent, his staff if the worst I have ever experienced. Trying to call them and answer the phones as well as trying to get into their schedule is ridiculous. His office staff needs to be replaced from top to bottom. The will call you at the last possible minute to reset your appointment. They couldn't care less about their patients!

Dr Castellucci is spectacular in his patient treatment and manner. Sadly he is let down by the office management and organisational staff. They take a long time to answer their phones, they ignore prescription refill requests and generally provide a very inadequate and frustrating follow up service to their patients.

He is an AWESOME urologist. I have complete confidence in his ability as a physician and specialist. He delivers great results in urology.

Dr C, Anna, Sean and Amanda are the best -- A+ The check in staff has also been excellent -- little or no wait time.

Dr Sean was very thorough with his description of the procedure and the purpose of it.

He may be a wonderful Dr. don't know,only spent 10 min with him: test were set up based on ? Had a Ct scan in early May,never got results. Had to request they send the results to me by July! Dropped off urine test,never was called,test was left in a public bathroom in a container! Very invasive test was schuled with no explanation as to why? Was not comfortable with this staff! Too many red flags, decided to go elsewhere

Sean was both direct and very personally supportive of the results of my positive prostate biopsy results. The signs were all there but it was not expected on my part. Appreciate his referral to Dr. Sylvester for follow up radiation treatment.

I would have never had a better experience any where as far as I am concerned. The best urologist ever! THANK YOU

Good facility. I had no issues getting to the place or parking. Staff and doctor are super nice.

Dr. Castellucci has never been wrong about my diagnosis. That is why I will never use any other Urologist.

Dr Castellucci is great and has a great staff. I have no complaints at all.

I am so grateful that Dr. Castellucci saw me on short notice. He as able to identify the issues and get me into treatment right away. I do not know what I would have done without his office making accommodations for me. They are the best.

Dr. Castellucci is a very caring Doctor. He has changed my life for the better. I was miserable before my surgery. He was as excited as I was about the outcome.
