Dr Hearn has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. During that time he has proven to be one I trust, literally, with my life. He is courteous, personable and most importantly well educated in his profession. Even though I have moved to Champlin and could see other physicians near my home, the care he and the West Saint Paul Clinic staff provide is well worth the drive.

dr hearn need his eyes examined he documented false medical info in my perm medical file(still trying to correct) he had me on 3 meds for more than 2 yrs with bad out come still tryin to have my health ins correct/investigate his referrals & medical director survey outcomes including mychart access allina health ,very poor health care system
