Confident with the skills to back it up
My husband's diminishing eyesight caused a lot of frustration. Fortunately, he was seen by Dr Hendricks, who's confidence, knowledge and skills restored my husband's sight and HIS own confidence. This PHYSICIAN can't be replaced and Quincy is suffering because there aren't any specialists like him. He's the kinda Dr that can back up what he says. He is missed!

Exceptional Care
Dr. Hendricks was amazing from the very start. My vision was distorted in my right eye. I was so scared. It had taken me several months to finally call for an appointment. There was no specific reason for the condition. It just was. Dr. Hendricks explained the results of all the tests and his concerns. He explained in detail all the different possibilities for care, the pros, the cons, and possible side effects of the procedures. Nurse Jennifer was so patient and understanding. The office was seriously understaffed at the time but that did not deter from the quality of care that they gave. Due to hospital politics, the first procedure was canceled. As soon as the situation changed Jennifer called me immediately and I was in care within the week and in surgery within 3. Without their diligence, I don't know what my story would be like. My care continues as my site continues to improve. More importantly, my confidence in Dr. Hendrick's team is unfailing. Thanks Dr. H and Jennifer!

I'm not going back. Dr abandoned me as a patient. Told me to find another provider. No referral. Refused to renew my prescriptions. Finally renewed after a week. No chance to ask questions or explain anything. I'm done.
