We brought our daughter to see Dr. Herman shortly after birth to correct her ear. Dr. Herman was kind, thorough and professional. The office staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. When we had a concern they made sure we were seen immediately and the concern was addressed. We are so happy with the results of our daughters ear and highly recommend Dr. Herman and his staff!!

Dr Herman was covering for my surgeon when I experienced my wound from recent mastectomy had started to open. He saw me immediately offered solutions and made me feel seen and heard.

I have been treated with kindness, compassion and understanding, every step of the way… as well as from this amazing staff. Dr. Herman and the entire staff at The Institute of Advanced Reconstruction, Hackensack, NJ are fabulous. Breast cancer is devastating, not only are you faced with possible death you are left deformed. After 16 years and many surgeries I was referred to Dr. Herman, it is definitely one of the highlights of my life. Dr. Herman is so caring, thoughtful and and a fantastic surgeon. I am so pleased with the outcome of my surgery I can only hope others in my situation see this review and visit Dr. Herman.

I’ve been to both of Dr Herman’s offices in Montclair and Hackensack both in great locations and amazing staff, always friendly knowledgeable and inviting. He is the only one I will let touch my face. This last visit I had injectables and fillers, he can do a lip like no other. Not only is he a kind and patient doctor but he has eye for facial aesthetics, takes his time and very precise, exactly what you want when someone is working on your face. His PA Ashley was super knowledgeable and his right hand, it’s nice when you see your doctor and his staff working so effortlessly together. I love Dr. Herman, and every time I am there you can always hear his patients leaving and thanking him for a procedure or surgery they were happy with. Would recommend him every time!
