Mad
Antibiotic Rx for UTI wasn't working & developed complications I scheduled an appt. He was very dismissive.at that appt & my husband had accompanied me. I explained my complication, he rudely told me he didn't deal w/ that & I should see my PCP.. He gave me more antibiotics then when that wasn't working he gave me another antibiotic. After seeing my PCP it was determined I had developed the complications from taking antibiotics, which Manion should have known. He could' have requested lab work & the complication would have been found. Instead I developed even more complications, that are still a major problem. It will change my life forever. He didn't document most of this in his notes so there was nothing I could do about it. I.believe it was intentional & neglectful.

He's the best!
Dr. Manion has been consistently helpful and kind. Every interaction has been positive. His medical advice spot on. He listens, is thorough and does his best despite being in a very busy practice. (He's great, which is why he's popular!) I also love the office staff. Friendly, kind, helpful. The nursing staff is fun, work their tails off, and do it with a sense of humor. Everyone in this office should be commended. Highly recommend.

Black Balled Patient
I had fired my PCP from UCHealth and was seeing Dr. Manion who then told me to see another Urologist after I had spent money seeing him. Both work for UCHealth.

Dr. Manion appears to be an expert in his field. For the man of this house, who has high expectations, he recommends this doctor in the Urology field. When a question was asked, it was answered, and he inquired as to this man's expectations of what he wanted to know.

Took our 16 year old after an X-ray showed calcification in the lower right abdomen. Dr. Manion recommended an ultrasound with no follow-up. A week later rushed to the ER where emergency appendicitis was discovered with emergency surgery from a helpful doctor!

Dr. Manion is a nice guy, but his office staff is unprofessional and follow up is very bad. Also orders tests that may not be necessary.

Dr. Manion has one of the best bedside manners, and it shows in the way he treats his patients and their family members. My husband recently had to have kidney removed due to renal cancer. He let us know up front what we were facing along with what to expect. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and skill in his field. Very pleased with our overall experience.

I saw Dr. Manion because of a possibility of prostate cancer. He is a wonderful doctor and is everything one would hope for while going through the anxiety of a potentially serious illness. He explained things in a clear and concise manner, answered questions patiently, and acted professionally at all times. Luckily everything turned out fine. One of the best doctors I have ever had.
