Great Experience. Great Results. Great Treatment.
Dr. Mulvaney was recommended to us by a friend who received treatment for knee pain. I was experiencing severe knee pain and swelling. An orthopedic surgeon told me that my only option was a total knee replacement at the age of 62, without any other options. I am very active and in good health and was not willing to have a TKR. My consultation with Dr. Mulvaney was encouraging an reassuring that I had alternative choices. I had 3 treatments (minimally invasive), over the course of 3 months. I received 2 prolotherapy treatments and a PRGF (plasma rich growth factor). Today, 4 months after treatment, I am pain and inflammation free, and back to my active lifestyle. Dr. Mulvaney and his staff are professional, welcoming, authentic, and proficient. He addresses total body health and root causes, and quality of life issues. He is clear and precise explaining the process in laymen terms. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Mulvaney. I am 100% completely satisfied with my results.

PTSD, anxiety, irritability all negatively impacted my life on a daily basis. It was ruining my relationship with my wife and children. I needed help but didnt want the VA meds they pass out, I wanted a change that would be lasting. The SGB treatments I have received from Dr Mulvaney have been life changing for me and my family. I laugh with my wife and kids (who now enjoy being around me) and I finally dont feel on edge on a daily basis. These treatment really do work and help!

I struggled over a decade with my PTSD from military trauma and I thought my life would always just be depressing and not worth living. I decided I wanted to live a life worth living for my children, my husband and myself. From the moment I met with Dr. Mulvaney I knew I was in great hands. He was kind, compassionate and truly has an understanding of PTSD and triggers. He explained every little detail to me of what he was doing throughout the procedure, which helped put me at ease. After getting SGBs, I finally am living the life I dreamed of. Thank you Dr. Mulvaney!

I had been experiencing migraines that rendered me combat-ineffective. In February, I had a migraine that lasted four days. You know its bad when you are having conversations with God. Dr.Mulvaney treated me in April and I felt immediate relief from these chronic headaches. I was able to return to NW Wisconsin and complete four days of logging w/o issue. This would not have been possible w/o the help from Dr. Mulvaney and his remarkable treatments. Now with his new found hope, I feel that I can now hold a job and get back to "normalcy".

I had no idea I could feel as good as I do now, and as calm. For those who are nervous, don't be. This procedure was explained to me as turning off the fight or flight, but that doesn't really sum it up. It's like hitting the reset button on your stress and anxiety. I'm so grateful for this experience, and Dr. Mulvaney helped me get a sense of peace back that I never knew I would ever feel again.

From the moment you step into the lobby, you know the experience is going to be great. Having watched the YouTube videos to better understand the science and process, Dr. Mulvaney takes you deeper into the reason why this procedure is so successful. He does it in normal terms that you can relate to and appreciate. My comfort level increased the longer I spent with Dr. Mulvaney. Dr. Mulvaney and his team walked me through the process, maintained constant dialogue through the procedure, and then explained exactly what was happening after the procedure. As for the procedure, I felt immediate calm and the tension I was carrying in my back from the early morning flight was gone. I colleague recommended this procedure to me; claiming it changed his life. Knowing more traditional treatment was not providing the results I wanted or needed, I was eager to take the advice from someone I trusted. He was right, and I am excited for the future.

My experience overall was fantastic and faster than expected. The environment allowed me to relax, and the staff was engaging and made me feel comfortable. I truly feel as if an entire book is finished and I can move on. I truly feel like the real me has come back better than I was. I served with 3/5 kilo with 2 deployments to Iraq. I was blown up twice which is what lead me to see Dr. Mulvaney. It's like a major weight has been lifted off of me and a stronger version of me has come back. Semper Fi!

From the beginning Dr. Mulvaney and his team have been excellent. Their attention to detail really shows through in everything they do. The ladies in the front of the office are great about making sure your taken care of and know where to be and when to be there, and are prompt in their responses. Dr. Mulvaney himself is fantastic, To say he is changing lives is not an exaggeration . His dedication to help Veterans is second to none. From the moment he walks in the room he takes the time to clearly explain the procedure, answering all questions you may have. He truly takes the time to ensure the patient is as comfortable as they can possibly be. He walks you through everything happening as it happens . His bedside manner and professionalism are top notch, and the relief the procedure provides speaks for itself. Dr. Mulvaney is clearly very knowledgable and proficient at what he does and it shows though in his work. I had immediate relief of symptoms of PTSD.

I had been researching this procedure for a while, and finally decided to schedule it. Throughout the entire process of scheduling and doing the pre-appointment assessments, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The first day (the right side) went very well, but had minimal effects on how I felt following the procedure. Dr. Mulvaney explained that this was normal, and that hopefully I should notice a more pronounced change with the left side on the following day. The second day (the left side) was truly life-changing! I feel like I am actually able to relax now. It feels as if there has been a massive weight lifted from my shoulders and chest. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who struggles with PTSD, as I feel like now I can begin to enjoy life again!
