Wow just wow with how poor they present
Dr. Ozdogan began speaking immediately without asking any questions or taking the time to understand our situation. When we attempted to clarify the misunderstanding, she ignored our input and continued responding based on her own assumptions. She spoke nonstop, interrupting before we could finish a sentence, making it clear she had no interest in listening.Our previous pulmonologist was thoughtful, supportive, and took a critical approach to care. In contrast, Dr. Ozdogan disregarded our concerns and wasted everyone’s time. I would not recommend this doctor under any circumstances. We are more than willing to travel to Manchester or Boston to find a provider who listens and treats patients with empathy.
