I had been on varying antidepressants for 11 years when I went to see Dr. Khan. I had been in counseling and taken mental health classes. Nothing worked long-term. She diagnosed me with ADD and prescribed medication. When she gave me information about ADD, it was instantly apparent that she knew what was going on. She changed my life. It's been four years without depression. Thank you, Dr. Khan.

I was very skeptical of therapy prior to seeing Dr. Khan and came to her as a last resort for my chronic depression. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made for my mental health. Dr. Khan is caring, direct, and thoughtful. What I love most about her approach is the responsibility she puts on you to reflect, think critically, and actively challenge your self-talk. I visited weekly for 6 months. The combination of medication and therapy has improved my life profoundly.
