Good grief!
Cannot imagine these reviews about my beloved PCP. Dr. V listens attentively, shows interest in me and includes me in decisions about my health. Questions I send on mychart are answered promptly

Not nice at all
What stood out about my visit was how absolutely cold this doctor was. Barely looked at me when she came in the room. How I miss my old doctor that is no longer with Cleveland Clinic. He always greeted me with a smile and was just so warm and attentive. He was an absolute pleasure to see. This lady is cold as ice. Not friendly in the least.

Abrupt, dismissive, and shows lack of empathy
Telehealth
The doctor was consistently late (above 15 mins) for both visits (incl. the telehealth visit) even though her assistant ensured 30 mins earlier that she'd be joining shortly. She showed lack of empathy and was dismissive when questioned about some unusual results, and implied that the consult was not necessary - even after I expressed the reason for my concerns (family history). Will not recommend to anyone - I believe that empathy is a must-have characteristic of a family doctor.

Choose another doctor
She is abrupt, aloof, and a bully. She interprets questions as a challenge to her authority. She makes diagnoses and orders lab work and diagnostic tests without discussion with the patient. She is rude and condescending. She gives the Cleveland Clinic a bad name.

More interested in billing than your health
Worked with her for over a year. Would not prescribe more than 30 day scripts for maintenance medication (asthma,allergies). Ran all kind of useless tests which all came back negative. Sent me a lot of specialists, more tests. Must be following some kind of procedure to maximize billing. Common for a lot of Doctors. Worst is she does not listen.
