She doesn't listen or try to understand what I try to convey to her about my health issues and concerned that she did not make mention of my lab results, which were awful, and I only found out by seeing them on the Patient Portal site. I was having a horrible panic attack and she made me sit outside the office door for over 30 minutes, so I got up and went to see Urgent Care, as my blood pressure had soared while waiting on her. I had an appt. at 10:15 a.m., she had me see her assistant instead
