in light of the reviews on this website, I was hesitant to see Dr. Harlow for a routing follow-up after breast surgery when my own surgeon was on maternity leave. I found him to be very nice, clear, caring, and thorough.

He removed my thyroid. The scar was much bigger and more disfiguring than necessary, according to other surgeons. The remediation necessary to fix the complications from his surgery has been long, painful, and expensive.

My 75 year old grandfather went to him in amazing health, and for a pay check this man did an unnecessary surgery, that made a blood clot, resulting in a major stroke, left him brain dead and for a week our family watch my grandfather slowly die. I wouldn't recommend this doctor, unless you get a second opinion afterwards.

My story will take more than 500 characters but I will find another place to say all that I need to say. By reading the heathgrade reviews, my story would probably be blocked for no other woman to see. Harlow made extremely poor decisions and was a poor communicator which cost me my quality of life. I am living a life of extended hell due to the lack of care that I received from Harlow and Fletcher Allen.
