Dr. Seth Kanowitz, MD

I was not given the opportunity to ask questions during the visit, this doctor just transcribed into his recorder and immediately walked me out for a check-out. He did not explain what he prescribed, and it happened to be a medication that gives me bad headaches. Not a single explanation about the goal of the treatment or a follow up. Waste of my time and a copayment - I will not return!

Dr. Kanowitz hardly looked at me. Asked me questions and immediately transcribed into his recorder, still not making eye contact. He was only interested in the questions he asked (to his recorder). I didn't even know the appointment was over, he just walked out and didn't return. Very condescending. I would never return.

I have taken two of my four kids to Dr. Kanowitz for different issues. He is thorough with explaining the process, willing to answer questions, patient with all my kids being in the room. We are grateful to have him as our son’s doctor. Front end staff was unpleasant and rude, even though we were on time, had paperwork done and paid. Loved the doctor though!

My son went to him for ear tubes when he was about a year old. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kanowitz. He was beyond patient, explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I have recommended him to other parents whose children need ear tubes.

Gaslights patients. Rude. Condescending. Impatient. Has Ann attitude of frustration.

Dr. Kanowitz is an amazing surgeon, he is a fantastic person. His compassion and care for his patients is incredible. He not only goes the extra mile, he goes the whole distance with you and makes 100% certain you're better. I had extensive sinus polyps and sinus surgery, this was my third surgery. I wish I knew Dr. Kanowitz with my first two surgeries. He is the best ENT doctor.

No bedside manners. doesn't listen to the problem and comes to conclusion. He concluded that my throat irritation was due to acid reflex however another doctor gave a completely different treatment after carefully reviewing my problem. i don't know where these positive reviews are coming from.

I am happy to see others had a positive view of him. That said, my experience wasn’t as complimentary. His beside manner is atrocious. He entered the exam room and didn’t look at me. He was focused on his computer monitor. He sat down and didn’t ask me anything for 10 minutes. Instead, he dictated information from my forms. He had little interest in my imaging. I was shocked then, angered. In 40 years of Nursing I had met very few physicians as ‘icy’ as he presented. I commented to his very cong

Busy on his computer doubt he knows who you are . Totally unpleasant experience
