I did my research and found Dr. Seth Weinreb. I intentionally did not request recommendations from my physician friends and neighbors...as I wanted an unbiased perspective. After my initial consultation, I ran him by my DR contacts and every single one came back with superior praise and compliments. From the initial consultation through my post surgical first appointment that I had today...I cannot say enough great things about Him and the entire Office and Surgical teams that made my surgery a success. He is calm, confident, thorough, easy to understand and possesses undeniable expertise which were contributing factors to 1) reducing my pre surgery anxiety and 2) allowed me to heal in record time. I had 3 hernias laparoscopic repair surgery. I have never left a physician review but I highly recommend that you at least add him to your list for initial consultations and from direct personal experience, I would recommend him, without question, to every family member and friend.

Dr Weinreb completed a bi-lateral inguinal hernia repair at Cary REX Surgical Center. I just got out of surgery with very little pain. Process was very smooth and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend Dr Weinreb if you are in Raleigh area and need a hernia repaired.

Had hernia surgery back on April 20th 2018 Dr Weinreb was my surgeon, I highly recommend him to anyone he fixed the hernia and had to deal with a previous hernia surgery that was not done As complete as it could have been by a different surgeon, so that old mesh had to come out, My opinion is that he dId an excellent job, also everyone at Rex were awesome, do your homework before you have hernia surgery

I first met Dr. Weinreb last summer after developing complications from a previous surgery. My initial visit with him amazed me as he spent nearly an hour explaining everything and giving me ample time to ask questions. Never once did I feel rushed and I truly believe he cares deeply for his patient's well-being and is also very honest. I had a complex surgery a few months ago performed by him and two other surgeons(who are also wonderful) and I have had a recovery free of complications:)

Dr Weinreb is a caring, supportive, and courteous person. He is also an excellent surgeon. He took his time on my initial visit to listen and assess my problem. His recommendation for surgery was followed with arrangements by his office personnel which was done in a timely and informative manner. His nurse, Anna, was excellent. The surgery was done at Rex Hospital which proved to be a positive experience for me and my family. Discharge instructions were informative and helpful.

After multiple hip replacement surgeries over the past 10 years, still had pain and my surgeons were at a loss. Unable to live with the pain, I kept searching for an answer. I stumbled upon a sports hernia presentation that Dr. Weinreb had done, went to see him and he gave me reasonable odds for being able to help me. He was very patient, kind, honest, forthright and informative. Two months post-op, I took my first pain free walk on the beach in over a decade. This man gave me back my life.
