Dr. Seyedmehdi Jadali, MD

I have had this doctor twice now. Once with my son and today for myself. The first appt I was told I am stupid for not giving my son a covid shot when we have a history of heart conditions. He flipped out on us and left the room. He has horrible bedside manners. For my appt I went in with an illness I have had for a month. The first thing he said to me without even looking at me was that himself and doctors get annoyed when patients come in and say that their antibiotics did not work and they are expecting more and that he will probably not give me anything. Then proceeded not to check me out. He listened to my lungs but that was it. He did not ask for my symptoms nothing. He said that it was a virus. I ended up having a ear infection, sinus infection and start of bronchitis. He judged me and diagnosed me before even speaking to me.

I saw Dr. Jadali at Newark Urgent Care and he was extremely condescending and had poor bedside manner. I just had bariatric surgery less than 3 months ago and I went in to be seen for dehydration symptoms. He dismissed my concerns solely based on my vitals and blood sugar. He told me there's no reason why I can't keep myself hydrated and that my surgery wasn't "as restrictive" as other surgeries. I had a follow up with my surgeon's office today and they were appalled when I described this upsetting experience. I will never go back to Newark Urgent Care again.

This Doctor was well trained. That being said,he is lacking in personal and professional ethics and do not have the right personality to be a care taker. Arrogant, inpatient, rude and dishonest .

Not very good, poor bedside manner and his secretary was quite rude. I felt like I was being talk "at" rather than talk to or even with. I felt like a paycheck and not a patient that he cared about at all. I will be looking for a different Dr.

Honestly, I have given this man and his staff multiple tries and they continually fall short of my expectations. Things I have experienced: 1) misdiagnosis. I had an abscess and he called it a bruise. 2) emotionless /no bedside manner 3) feels like pulling teeth to get pertinent info (especially when he is suggesting surgery) 4) rude staff — seems like they blatantly don’t want to be there. They have condescending attitudes. 5) scam artists - they charged me $600+ for an abscess drainage and on top of that, they billed me $150 for a 2 minute follow-up that they scheduled me for. I didn’t even need to go. I took off work for that follow-up using my own PTO and he didn’t even have the decency to spend some time to talk about the potential surgery resulting from this drainage. Just irritated that this is becoming the standard in America for healthcare. We are a mere dollar sign. I recommend to avoid him and his staff if you have high expectations.

Yes, of course I will have Dr. Jadali take care of me from now on.

His secretary is not friendly.

The Secretary was not very friendly seemed as though you got on her nerves. I observed a call she received and after the call she was saying "God help me". The doctor was very short and to the point. Not friendly at all. He even rolled his eyes at me upon leaving the exam room. Didn't feel a comfort level with him. He claimed there was nothing wrong with me just a mere pronounced pelvis area. I will be getting a second opinion 50.00 later not to mention what he charged my insurance

I had a hernia operation performed by dr. Jadali. He was very thorough in explaining what would be done as far as the operation, anesthetic, follow-up and care. He and his staff are very personable. He was recommended by my primary care physician.
