Seen for L/R shoulder injuries suffered a week apart. Did not address the acute nature of the injuries, didn't listen to a thing i said, and never addressed the acute pain. Brief, abrupt, poor communicator. Prescribed 6 weeks of PT and told me not to come back before then. Pain/function got much worse. I saw him again five weeks later. After another cursory exam, It was clear he had no Idea how to proceed. My questions were answered by: "only an MRI will tell us that" but he said he was not ready to schedule one yet????? I asked about steroid injections to alleviate pain and he said my symptoms did not warrant them. After a strained discussion on his inability to provide patient care, he reluctantly performed the injections (which really helped pain) and scheduled the MRI's. I took the results of the MRI's and found competent care at UPMC in Pittsburgh. In one visit I had a diagnosis, a treatment plan and a surgery date. Dr. Sraj cost me 3 months of treatment/recovery. DON,T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I went to Dr Sraj in 2022 for carpal tunnel. He had very good side manners. Was very patient with me and all my concerns. Even the morning of the surgery he really eased my nervousness. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I took my 90 year-old mother to Dr. Sraj for arthritis-related shoulder pain. He was SO patient with her and clearly explained all options so we could make an informed decision. He offered to give an injection in her shoulder (previous two by other doctors did not help) and we did it on the hope that it may help. It did and last night my mom slept without shoulder pain for the first time in over a year! Will drive the hour back to Morgantown to see him when the need arises.

Horrible...life-altering...my mother’s arm is permanently damaged due to his negligence. He put pins in my mother’s broken arm and took them out without any anesthetic “due to COVID.” Normally, you are put to sleep. Then after pulling them out and seeing in the new x-rays that her arm wasn’t mending, he said, “well, that’s all I can do and you can’t sue me because of COVID.” He told that to two other patients in the room, which to me is not HIPPA compliant. He just has dividers between patients so you can hear every word as he treats others patients. DO NOT go to him. Now no doctor wants to help her and days so as soon as they hear his name. That tells me he’s damaged several other patients.

He was very dismissive with me. He had read over my file (was referred) and came up with a diagnosis. Then started examining me but when my symptoms didn't line up with his diagnosis, he dismissed me. Spoke to me like I was a child that was faking symptoms. I had such high hopes going into this referral because WVU Hospital is one of the best in our state. I will say, I never had long wait times and the staff was very helpful. The facility was very clean. If you have classic symptoms for a particular diagnosis then Dr Sraj is the Dr for you. If you have possibly several different issues going on that's considered "not typical", you may want to look elsewhere.

he doesn’t allow you to schedule for a time that works for you, you’re stuck with whatever is next, which is fine except then he’s overbooked, so I waited an hour in the exam room. Then, he comes in and doesn’t let me explain my pain, orders an x-ray and ultrasound, says those are fine even though I’m sitting there telling him I’m not fine, haven’t been for a year, have been wearing two wrist braces, can’t lift anything. he says to wear the braces as needed. That was it. 3 hours for nothing.

Dr. Sraj was pleasant; however, he did not listen to my complaints thoroughly. He neither ordered any diagnostic tests nor reviewed previous x-rays/CT scans/etc. He rapidly dismissed my concerns and questions. Between the travel time to reach his office and the office visit, a day of my life was wasted. He blatantly ignored my concerns, but he did smile the entire 5 minutes that he spent with me.

Went to see Dr. Sraj at WVU Ortho at UTC. He had great "bedside manner," was straight forward, did not waste my time with unnecessary routes, outgoing personality, and kind. I will schedule with him for any future Orthopaedic needs and will recommend him to everyone in the future.

I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Sraj for "trigger finger", which @ this point becoming unbearable. I found the waiting room, bathroom and exam room very clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait 15 minutes before I was called back. Dr. Sraj was in the room within 15 minutes and was very attentive to my situation. Within 30 minutes, I had received a shot of cortisone in my hand and back to my car. I found him to be a very compassionate doctor and would highly recommend him.
