Receptionist did not write my dr referrals and evaluation so she placed the phone receiver up to paper shredder to block my words and claim bad connection

Does not expain diagnosis, does not expain drug possible side effects. Does not take side effects seriously.

I’ve had this doctor for several years. I’m in and out!! Staff are very polite. My migraines were so bad that I was missing work. My migraines are now under control because I followed his instructions and meds. I really do appreciate Dr. Kidwai and his staff!!! Thank you

Excellent doctor. Very informative and knowledgeable. Explained everything easy to understand what’s going on. Office staff very friendly.

EXTREMELY disappointed with Dr. Kidwai! If you have any other options I really suggest you take it. I scheduled my appointment as one of his first to avoid waiting so long , but I still had to wait in his tiny waiting room with not enough chairs for everyone to sit for almost two hours. Once I am finally in the room with him he comes in and does not shut the door which I found it odd since everyone in the waiting room would hear our conversation. He then asks me a couple questions and prescribes me a medication. When I explained to him that I would rather take some tests (EEG, MRI, etc) instead of just shoving down medications every day he got very loud and rude stating that he was the doctor and new best. I literally left in tears and embarrassment with no answers to my migraines. I will NEVER go back and I don't suggest you do either.

Just stay away from this office. The front desk lady is so unprofessional and rude . She is always insulting someone . They definitely need someone else to work there . She need to be some where else . This is the worst office I ever came into . I’m not the only one who complain . Everyone else was having same issue . If you can help it STAY AWAY .

HE IS A GREAT NEUROLOGIST HE LISTEN TO YOU AND HE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG. HE TELL YOU ABOUT THE MEDICATION YOU TAKING. I COULDN'T ASK FOR NOTHING ELSE. STAFF IS GREAT!

Waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time. Dr. asked me a few questions. I explained the I was having some memory issues. He gave me a prescription which he said should help but did not explain further.

I brought my Mother in, she has advanced stages of Alzheimer's. I tried to give Dr. Kidwai a little background information about my Mother but he didn't want to be bothered. He prescribed her a drug that should have calmed, instead I altered her state of mind. She became violent, aggressive, cranky and nasty. When I called Dr. Kidwai to inform him what happened, he washed his hands of her. He said she needed a Psychiatrist. Please, she has advance Alzheimer's. Don't waste your time.

Not recommended. Receptionist overworked and flusters easily. Waited 1 hour, he had minimal bedside manner. Outlined my issues and he asked if I had lots of headaches (no, my neck hurts) or sensitive to light (no) or history of headache (no) then diagnoses migraine and prescribes a medicine. Didn't read the history I filled out for him where this drug can make the GI worse. Then said if doesn't work get an MRI. I brought my MRI scan which he didn't look at. Old guy who knows all syndrome.

I must say doctor Kidwai is very professional, proficient and gifted. His sincere concern about my health and well being is evident in all of his treatment suggestions and personal attention to my daily care. . He has given me a new outlook on life and a much more understanding as to how approach my physical limitations, as well as how to overcome them. He is truly a professional, gifted, as well as compassionate Dr..I look at him as a teacher, and I the student.
