Doctor obviously has extensive training thus aweso
Although there is always a long wait time to see Dr Rachid, ultimately it's well worth the wait. He doesn't Chat much, but clearly answers important Qs, carefully examines my ailments and has relieved my pain a bit as of yet tho I've seen him approx 3 times I'm certain my condition will greatly improve with dedicated consults w his pain management and PT. So happy with Dr & staff thus far!

Long wait times- horrible service
Everytime I bring my mother it is atleast a 4 hour wait time. She has her appointment today at 9:45 and it is now 1:35 pm…. She is still not out. Tried to speak to an office manager and the gentleman basically is ignoring me. I do not recommend.

4/27/21 my mom had an appt for knee injection, appt was confirmed the day before. We arrived only to be told, Dr Rashid is not in today, I advised that my mom’s appt was confirmed yesterday and without hesitation, I was told that Dr Rashid was at a political debate and had to reschedule the procedure, even tho my mom was in excruciating pain. I pray that he doesn’t continue to neglect his patients IF he wins for mayor....definitely lost my vote!

I've been going to this doctor since October of last year due to pain in my neck and head and to this day I still have it. Injections is all I get and not only that, but the office in Harlingen is very unorganized. Staff either doesn't know how to do their job or they just don't want to do it. My insurance like many others have to have a peer to peer with the doctors and they never want to talk to them so all my procedures get rescheduled or the staff will give me different excuses why it doesn't get approved. Talking to billing didn't help either. I really have run out of trying to fix this, The wait time is terrible. If you're in pain please go somewhere else. Everytime I go for an appointment, I end up coming out about 4 or 5 hours later and most of that is waiting along with 10 or more people in their small waiting room. There's even people waiting outside on the floor. Why they scheduled so many people at the same time, I'm not sure.

Waited 4.5 hours to be called into a filthy exam room that was not cleaned frm the last patient. Appointment time 2:45. Broght into unclean room after 7 Pm. Waited in truck for 3 hours. Dr didn't arrive until after 5 pm. Would not reschedule appointment and call in medication. Since this was a procedure appointment Dr refused to call in medication after a 4.5 hour wait. Moved from one waiting room to another waiting room after a 4.5 hour wait already. This man should not have Dr before his name. He does not appriecate his parents nor his staff. This man is disgusting arrogant and rude. Calling OSHA for the filthy bloody room Never cleaning the chairs. Leaving

He is a complete jerk. the wait time was ridiculously long. Totally unhelpful & a complete waste of time. To tell a patient with metastatic cancer that he needs 10 therapy sessions before receiving any pain help is asinine. This patient will be dead before he is able to do any therapy. What a loser!!

Would not recommend. Office staff is very rude wait time is over 3hrs. The procedure room is very dirty and looks like a storage with a lot of stuff up against the walls. You never get to see the doctor except when getting a procedure. He comes in and doesn't say a word. When I asked a question he was bothered and answered me in a bad tone. They want to keep giving you treatments that are expensive. The people starting IV don't wear gloves and did not see them wash their hands. No name tags or credentials on them so who knows what are. Very bad experience. DO NOT RECOMEND.

First of all the wait time to get seen is beyond the norm. Exceeding more than 3 hours and not enough chairs for patients are who being seen for pain management. Doesn't make sense! Doctor hours are unreasonable and it is obvious that they overbook patients.

Agree with other reviews. High pressure to have expensive, potentially dangerous procedures. These procedures are performed in the back room next to the restroom. No privacy and unclean looking. If you don't agree to the $1,000 injection, they won't manage your pain. Receptionist very rude. They did a urinalysis test and charged my insurance $1,200!

The receptionist was rude the wait was four hours in total the doctor did not listen to me but he is very quick to offer procedures that can be highly dangerous to the patients I thought that I was being blackmailed into having the procedure is done so that he would treat or manage my pain management . I would not recommend this doctor to anyone I seriously believe that my insurance had a lot to do with what happened today since I'm on Medicaid I will be contacting my insurance tomorrow .

Incompetent nursing staff, can't even set up a proper appointment. Never see the doctor unless getting an injection, quality of care is mediocre at best. The general staff are VERY hit and miss, mostly rude and very and not compassionate to the patient's needs.

Dr. Rashid was attentive, compassionate, and most importantly a highly skilled professional. HIs office staff was polite and patient. I am a winter Texan and went to him for back pain. My pain totally resolved with the help of his interventions. I am recently retired from the medical profession and would recommend Dr. Rashid to my friends and family.

I'm not sure about how good of a doctor he is, because I haven't seen him yet! My appointment was at 10, it's now 12:05 and still waiting. Ridiculous! Everybody understands that things come up and doctors can be delayed, but this is the typical case of a doctor money grabbing. It shows a huge lack of respect and a real arrogance to do this. I will post a follow up once I have been seen...
