This doctor ran blood tests that I did not ask for without my knowledge. They filed the claim improperly to my health insurer causing significant charges to occur. I would reconsider using this doctor if at all possible.

I visited her office to get my physicals for applications. First, the staff at the front office are the worst: 1) they withdraw blood without gloves or anything, no alcohol swab, nothing. 2) they spelled my name wrong on my samples that they sent to the lab. 3) the lost my original lab results twice. 4) It took them from April till June and still did not given me my physicals. Each time there is a problem. 5) They threatened to call the cops for me when I said I am not leaving without my physica
