If anyone needs a sleep doctor in the PG County area, I highly recommend Dr. Shahnaz Rao. She's kind and thoughtful and has been so on top of everything with this whole sleep study process, especially with answering all of my questions. It's a huge change from my last doctor that essentially gave me a sleep test and a CPAP and then never contacted me again. PLUS, all of my appointments thus far have been telehealth via video calls so it's been super convenient for me (even if she's only a 25-minute drive from home and a 13-minute drive from work). Her office staff are also kind and polite and a delight to deal with before appointments! Anyway, here's your regular reminder that if you snore, you could. be sleeping way better and feel free to ask me any of your sleep apnea CPAP questions because I BELIEVE IN THIS.
