No. If this doctor thinks you're too much of a hassle as a patient he will transfer your care to a different PCP without informing the patient. He also thinks he knows everything when he's basically just an internist but still claims he knows more than actual specialists. Really unfortunate and sadly humiliating complex he's got.

Knowledgeable
After multiple visits to various doctors and specialists, Dr. Parsa was the one who identified my issue. He took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully considered my symptoms. He is not motivated by money and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Parsa's knowledge is extensive, and he is dedicated to finding the treatment that works best for you.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISASTER
This office is a complete disaster, with extremely poor customer service and a lack of dedication to its patients. I am typically kept on hold for an hour only to be told they would call back, but that call has never happened . Even simple requests like medication or forms are met with radio silence, requiring repeated follow-ups just to get a response. The level of unresponsiveness is appalling, demonstrating a clear disregard for patient needs. If you value your time and well-being, stay far away from this office and look elsewhere for medical care. I would give this office negative star if its possible.

Most knowledgeable MD
Unlike most general practitioners in the US, who are often incredibly conservative and have insufficient knowledge and experience, DR. Parsa is a rare gem. With exemplary self-confidence and a deep and extensive knowledge of medical sciences, he is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I have ever seen. It is not only his knowledge that distinguishes him, but also his kind, cultured and humble personality makes him one of the most lovable doctors. His medical diagnosis is fantastic, and I know he has saved many lives with his drastically effective prescriptions. I am so happy and excited to have him as my medical practitioner.

Dr. Parsa is the proof of God, Miracles and Angels existence from a former atheist point of view! Living in bay area for 10 years and no other doctor had been able to diagnose my wife with rare, progressive cerebrovascular disorder named MoyaMoya. I noticed there are not many neurologists even familiar with this name. My wife didn’t have any obvious symptoms but Dr. Parsa miraculously(for us) and based on his great knowledge diagnosed her with MoyaMoya the first time he saw her. Since the time was precious, he guided us through proper path and after two breath taking by-pass brain surgeries, my wife got a new life. Just by a bit digging more, I realized Dr. Parsa has diagnosed so many patients with cancers at stage 1 including two of my wife’s friends. The other great experience I have is, he completely transformed my mom from beginning stages of dementia and depression to a new woman with lots of hope for life and improved memory. Last but not least is, he’s so humble and down to earth. He reminds me of Muhammad Ali’s famous quote “It's hard to be humble, when you're as great as I am” but he certainly excels it. Thank you Dr. Parsa for bringing back hope and light to our lives.

Rude
Rude doctor and office. He started calling me names and insulting me because I dared suggested he is ignoring the urgency of the insurance clearance I'm looking for for a critical procedure.

Just so Mr. Parsa knows in the future. I wanted to make a slight correction to my previous post. I was correctly diagnosed, by another Dr., with GERD, though I do have a stomach ulcer as well. Hopefully, this information will help him in the future, and maybe he will think twice about diagnosing someone based on their gender. Next time... maybe he will actually use that knowledge he learned in Med school.... SHAME ON YOU!!!
