I have visited what are regarded as the best neuromuscular specialists in my city, state, region and country. Dr. Khan is the cream of the crop. You will not find a doctor who has better bedside manner, attentive listening skills, knowledge and acumen. She will look you in the eyes and digest what is being said, before offering her assessment, which is the perfect blend of groundedness, confidence and feminine grace. She is up to date on the latest medical trends, and is willing to think outside the box to explore patient solutions, when most other medical professionals prefer to kick the can down the road to someone else. She truly cares about her patients. I recall after our first consult, I got a call at 5 pm. It was Dr. Khan on her cell phone, who had been thinking about my case after my appointment ended, while on her drive home. What doctor does that?! I'm telling you ... it brought me to tears that she was willing to advocate for me when no one else would. The. Best.

I have been a patient of Dr Khan since June, 2018. She correctly diagnosed my symptoms as myasthinia gravis. She took the time to fully explain the disease and discussed the proposed treatment. I left the appointment feeling knowledgeable and confident about what to expect. During my recent visit in October, 2019, my symptoms became severe and Dr Khan immediately admitted me to the hospital for plasma exchange - in my opinion, the only good option. The procedures worked and Dr Khan has recommended a new drug to help deal with the symptoms - all is good so far. I highly recommend Dr Khan for her attention to detail and putting patient needs as the top priority.

A+++ Dr. Shaida Khan is a highly skilled physician who quickly diagnosed my condition, confirming with diagnostic testing. With some practical clinical advice she has made a huge difference in my condition. She was very informative and covered all my options and addressed all my concerns. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and schedule. More so, her staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would give Dr. Shaida Khan my highest recommendation and I would certainly send all of my loved ones to her for care. I am very grateful to be better today thanks to her!

Dr. Khan is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to quickly diagnose my Nervus Intermedius Neuralgia, a rather rare diagnosis that others were not able to detect, upon carefully examining my symptoms. I truly appreciate the personal touch in her professional approach. I highly recommend Dr. Khan.

I have been Dr. Khan's patient for over 2 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and extensively examines all of the symptoms, lab results, etc. to establish the correct diagnoses. She is very compassionate and always has the patient’s best interest in mind. She is highly responsive, open to questions, and easy to speak with. Even though I moved away from Dallas, I continue to make the 3-hour drive to seek her care. I highly recommend Dr. Khan if you are in need of a physician specializing in neurology, autoimmune neurology, and neuromuscular disorders.

Dr Khan is the best. Caring, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Clearly listens to what I have to say, examines, evaluates and recommends a plan. Then makes sure I'm clear on plan and goals and answers any questions (and I usually have a lot!) With a neurological diagnosis that can be scary she has walked alongside me and explained everything. I feel I am getting the best care possible. She's also been super easy to reach in-between appointments thru the online chart system. I drive from a north Texas suburb and am glad to do it to see Dr. Khan. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic physician! I felt comfortable with her as soon as she walked in the exam room. Really took the time to understand all of my concerns and incorporate my opinions in my treatment plan. Not only compassionate but extremely knowledgeable, offering a range of treatment options with full explanation of each. Determined to improve my condition and the first doctor to really do so! I'm so grateful and feel like I'm in the best hands moving forward!

When I met Dr. Kahn for the first time, my quality of life had diminished significantly. Ocular issues, respitory problems, elasticity, and muscle weakness were daily issues. Her determination, kind and caring personality and her “we’re going to fix this” attitude was and is highly impressive. She fought for me with insurance companies, made all the right decisions with medications and assisted with me participating in a clinical trial. She has truly made my life 100% better. She is the best!
