Great doctor very caring
in 2020 my daughter was having some bleeding issues. I called him on a Friday. He had her in on Monday. Beaumont had told me they could not get her in for four months. he did the testing and had my daughter diagnosed with celiac within two weeks. Over the past four years my daughter has had other digestive issues, and he has always been sensitive and compassionate with her. my daughter has autism spectrum disorder. I highly recommend him. We have had office visits and also televisions with him. he’s also done two procedures on my daughter.

Lack of professionalism
Dr. is good but supporting staff sucks. Also, office asks us to pay upfront (before appointment) and ask us to schedule additional appointment to discuss results. I have not seen this kind of policy anywhere in USA. Had online meeting scheduled and NO one from office joined the meeting. After 30 mins been online, we called office and lady just said sorry this appointment has been cancelled. It was very irritating. Total lack of professionalism. Looks like a business to pull money out of patients who are already in stressful situation due to illness.

Terrible Experience
Only offers Virtual visits, after 2 visits charged 800 dlls to my insurance, and after MULTIPLE requests by phone and message never received a breakdown of what I was being charged for, not even to my insurance provider, but they are good at sending reminders to pay so there system should work. After 2 visits and finding nothing "alarming" on my sons tests he seemed more interested in booking a surgical procedure to see why he is not gaining weight (very picky eater with no other symptoms), when I asked for costs he seemed annoyed and just lost interest and basically said, "I gave you the option, is up to you now", so I guess it's all about the money. Never going back, and talked to our Pediatrician for other options. He was also going to requests tests that he already had in his hand, but overlooked until I brought it up. All and all, very bad experience with him, and the Hospitals customer service.

Excellent doctor. We're very glad we chose him for our child. He listens, cares, and is extremely knowledgeable. He thinks outside the box, and will work to find answers for your child. Went above and beyond numerous times for us.

Dr Madani is a great doctor. Not only is he really approachable and easy to talk to, but I also find him to be very compassionate. When my daughter first developed debilitating stomach problems two years ago, we were told to go see Dr Madani as he came highly recommended. With our first visit and every visit there after, he listens carefully and asks a lot of questions. He also takes into consideration not only the physical issues my child is having but also how her mental/emotional wellbeing is also being addressed as she also suffers from anxiety. I could tell right away that he genuinely cares about his patients. When it comes to treatment, he doesn't use the traditional, "cookie cutter" medications used to treat stomach problems, but he uses what I would consider "outside-of-the-box" treatments. Today, my daughter is doing great and I have Dr Madani to thank for that.
