I would definitely recommend him
I had an accident so met him briefly in the OR just prior to the surgery. Post surgery appointment today and he is charming but right to the point giving me all the important details in a warm and friendly manner. My kind of doctor.

so far the best orthopedic that I have seen

Great staff, fabulous Doctor.
All of his staff were as always extremely helpful and polite. Doctor Howard is very caring and thorough. While I wish I hadn’t broken my ankle, I am very thankful to have found Dr Howard.
