Dr. Shalin Parikh, MD

If you are looking for a doctor that actually cares about his patients, Dr. Parikh is the physician for you. I have been seeing him for several years. He and his team have always been consistent in their approach, time they take, and follow up. I really appreciate that.

Efficient and pleasant. They do not waste time. Dr. Parikh takes his time and answers all of my questions and makes recommendations.

FRIENDLY AND MOST COMFORTING

Dr. Shalin Parikh is a good Doctor but the front desk and their payment system are pathetic. They ask you to pay the full amount, though deductible and out-of-pocket are fully met. They never refund the money, though the insurance pays them. They will say they have to contact the billing department when we call them, but this never happens. It's like they double bill both patient and insurance. I went for a visit today, they were asking me to pay the full amount again though they have a credit balance because of non-refunds. It's not a question of money but it is basic business ethics.

The experience can be summed up as to be very comforting and reassuring.Dr. Parikh is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Worst service ever! This place will take your money and do nothing. I would not recommend. Went in recently and did nothing. Said they would refer you have yet to have this done or the office to follow up. Horrible place.. does not care.

I went for my annual checkup, He is very caring, took time to ask questions, suggested ideas about my conditions. First doctor in past 5years, whom i really felt not trying to sell my something. Literally asked me 4-5 times, if there is something that i want to ask to make sure that i haven't forgotten anything.

Billing is an absolute nightmare. No one in the office including the provider understands how insurance billing works. I was charged a standard amount of $80 dictated by the DR because I had a high deductible health plan. My insurance covered physicals 100% regardless of deductible. This was validated by EOBs from my insurance company. I was owed an $80 refund which I charged to my health spending account. The office did not have accurate tracking of billling. They use an outside billing company
