Disappointment
Telehealth
Dr. Saiyed abandoned my treatment after my last telehealth appointment with her on February 23, 2024. Seemed fine to me but who knows? I attempted to contact her to obtain the refills we discussed at my appointment with her. I sent emails, left message on a voicemail box that got so full from her messages that I could leave messages and no one ever answered. The pharmacy tried to reach her by phone and fax, voicemail full and no response to anything. She knew I was trying to reach her solely based upon the numerous emails I sent to her office. It started to become a game of withholding my medication and it's not a game to her patients. I've been a patient for 3 years. I would get an answer to my emails sporadically which all became made up responses and no assistance to me whatsoever. If something has happened to Dr. Saiyed, her patients deserve to be notified! Maybe I'm the only one and it is just aimed at me. All of this is completely unprofessional and I'm not bipolar.

Dr.syed is a wonderful dr. She helped me for many years and is kind and considerate of others, really can't say enough to describe how good she practice's

Broad Street Office - Dr. Saiyed is very nice, but I have concerns regarding her medical ability. She doesn't rely on her notes in the patient file but will ask the patient about such things as medication dosage that she prescribed. Will refer patient to another service but when you ask a question she doesn't know what you are talking about. Office is crowded and wait is extremely long. Currently seeking another Dr. for my daughter.
