Staff was very helpful and kind

I had to let Dr. Senanayake go because of her office staff. The doctor's staff often cannot find my blood tests results and I don't like the staff's belittling and degrading treatment of me. The staff person tells me every time after my blood tests that they don't have my tests results, when in fact I had my blood work done prior to my visits, always an atmosphere of unnecessary drama with this person. So, I end up contacting the lab where the tests were performed and indeed they had sent my results to the doctor's office. Also, I receive the staff's person punitive talk that I, "YOU FAILED TWICE" and repeated again! I have no doubt that those choice of words and repeat were said to me to upset me, along with similar punitive talk said to me before. I was TOLD "YOU FAILED" because of my missed appointment yesterday, President's Day. The staff person's critical attitude towards me, an older patient, is enough for me to quite Dr. Senanayake and get someone else that is RESPECTFUL.
