Dr. Shaminder Bhullar, MD

So I went to see Dr.Bhullar as he was recommended to me as I was having and emergency situation occurring with my left eye. Needless to say I went to see this doctor for care and noticed that he lacked the bedside manner of compassion, and caring. In addition to that his schedulers and billing representatives are unprofessional as well. The schedulers send you at least 3 messages of your upcoming appointments and if you haven’t yet answered them electronically then they Bombard you will calls until you confirm. As far as the billing representatives are concerned, if they are having any difficulties with your billing they don’t call you or send you a bill, but broadside you unexpectedly at the time of your appointment and say pay now or we can’t see you.

Sent to Dr Bhullar’s office by the Bradenton VA after my annual eye exam. In one week Dr Bhullar’s facility brought me in for his staff to examine me for possible Macular degeneration dry to wet. Dr Bhullar got with me after looking at all the photos and new information advised me it was still dry mac. He assured me I would need to stay on top of this with new appointments every five months. Needless to say it was outstanding news and I appreciate all their attention to detail for my first visit. Looking forward to my future visit. Thanks to everyone. Herb Schutt

Dr. Bhullar did eye surgery on my left eye. In layman's terms, he did 3 things - 1) cleaned up the yellowing lens that replace cataract, 2) remove some vitreous fluid with floaters, and 3) cleaned up retina where some vitreous membrane remained after having vitreous membrane detachment. This eye went from 20/50 to 20/20. Amazing to me!!!

I had a torn retina last May I was scared to death the staff and the doctor were so very kind made me feel comfortable I had to go back every several weeks months to have it rechecked the whole office and staff and the doctor are just very kind and very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable there I have recently moved from Florida back to Ohio now I have to try to find a new retina doctor so I’m hoping the one I find is just is kind and nice as the office and Doctor there

Dr Bhullar found the time to see me within 24 hours of my diagnosis. His staff was caring and informative and pleasant throughout my treatment especially his technician. Dr Bhullar preformed a extremely precise examination and treatment explaining every step of the planned treatment. He made it so comfortable that I was unaware that he had completed it. I would recommend Dr Bhullar and his practice to anyone needing a retinal expert.

Dr. and staff are very nice and considerate. Dr. is true professional as is staff. I am type 1 Diabetic and when I had several laser treatments he & staff made it tolerable.

Dr Bhullar's office is consistently helpful. nice, and competent. Wait times were minimal. They see you when they say they will. The doctor is very courteous and explains things clearly. The same goes for the staff, who could not be nicer.
