Compassionate AND Competent!
Waiting for any kind of pediatric specialist appointment feels like being stuck in the Beetlejuice “Neitherworld Waiting Room”. When our son first developed severe symptoms from his Tourette’s Syndrome, we went on every wait list in the area and hit the jackpot when Dr. Wallace had a cancellation! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about how to approach and treat patients with multiple diagnoses and complicated situations - but she understands what it means to be the parent of a high needs kiddo in a stressful situation. Mastering the science is one thing, but understanding the impacts on your family and actually caring about that is another - and she does both brilliantly! Whether it’s helping with medical accommodations at school or calling a pharmacy at 7pm on a Friday night to straighten out a medication fiasco - she GETS IT! Her treatment plan probably saved my son’s life - and although her specialty is the kiddo brain…she helped heal my broken heart!

Highly recommend Dr. Wallace
Dr. Wallace has been amazing. My daughter finally had relief of terrible migraines and was able to back off of most of her medications.

Terrible uneducated and possibly cause my son’s developmental delays. Left her ASAP after 2 months. She could even read an EEG 6 years ago.

While Dr. Wallace is the best pediatric neurologist we have ever seen and we LOVE her, I would not recommend this practice. Your routine appointments are wonderful and Dr. Wallace is VERY helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is that when you need help outside of your routine appointment times, you cannot get help. They have a standard office practice that they have 2 days to call back after you call, even with an urgent problem. Then, if you don't get to speak to a medical assistant within that 2 days and have to call back, the timer starts again. In general, I found the assistance outside of appointment times VERY poor. And, forget getting about getting an appointment to be seen for a problem, I ask to see the doctor and I can get an appointment in July (it is May 2nd)! This is for an established pediatric patient who has had a migraine for a month.

Had an appointment for over a month. They called to reschedule. Got to office. First fooor visitor station sent us to the wrong floor in the wrong building. When we finally got the right directions and finally arrived at the correct place, the doctor said she could no longer see us and she was leaving at 3:30. Do not recommend, and do not waste your time with this doctor. Does not care about her patients.

Worst physicians office I’ve ever encountered. Had 2 appointments 6 weeks apart and both cancelled the day of saying both time family emergency! BS and they want us to wait another 6 weeks for another, never want to deL with them again! My 7 month old will go somewhere where they care about their pAtients!

Very very disappointed with this practice!!!! This past fall we took our daughter, whom has a brain tumor, to Dr. Wallace for help with a med plan for her anxiety, depression and ADD (per her pediatrician's recs). Dr. Wallace was wonderful at our initial visit, very knowledgeable and thorough! She prescribed meds for our daughter but no follow-up was ever scheduled! We attempted to make a f/u appt back in Dec. 2016 to discuss some changes we noted with our daughter's weight and attention sp

Horrible office administration. They "forgot" us in the waiting room for 1 hour last yr. This year, they mistyped our 2 phone #s so they left messages that dr. needed to cancel on a stranger's phone. When we showed up the dr was gone & the NP argued (in the waiting room in front of other pts!) that we apparently hadn't updated our phone # when it was THEIR error. She then refused to see us bc we allegedly hadn't been seen in >1yr which was inaccurate. I clarified date & she refused 2x.

My son has been sick, and sadly undiagnosed, for over a year. Dr. Wallace is his neurologist, but she has become so much more. She has worked tirelessly with other physicians in numerous different fields to try and figure out what is making our little boy so ill. We call her our quarterback. Also, she is incredibly kind, always available, and completely approachable. We love her as a doctor and as a person!!!!

Dr. Wallace has been my daughter's Neurologist for 6 years now. We have complete confidence with her. She has gone over and above to try and help my daughter who has a rare auto immune disease that there is no current cure for. We can call on her and she is always just a phone call away. She helps to ease a very worried young girl about her future and helps her to concentrate on the now and works to help us figure out what our next steps should be.
