Would not recommend
We brought our daughter in for a barking cough that she had developed. We get in and the receptionist and nurse say that it sounds like croup. We go in an exam room, everyone we have encountered said it was croup. The doctor comes in and says that it’s just her crying that she sounds not congested nor anything wrong with her. Our daughter begins to do the cough again so we grab the doctor and she still says it’s nothing but offers to us to test for RSV, Covid and the flu. She comes back to say they are negative but the nurse comes in and says it will be an hour for the results to come in. We said that we wanted to leave because we felt like we were being totally dismissed and that since we were first time parents, we were overreacting. We took her to Arnold Palmer and they said it was definitely croup and had to give her a steroid to help with the cough.. it definitely wasn’t just her crying…
