I really like her. She is very compassionate... the staff the people answering the phone... not so... No one does till they see a grand mal... its as if I am a drug seeker or a criminal to ask about refills. Let someone you love fall to the ground with a grand mal... one after another...then you will see why I complain.

Dr Swift is never available when you are ill. We transferred all of our family to her for primary care but in every case of illness, had to use urgent care or ER to get treatment. We often waited in an empty waiting room for 20-30 minutes and as long as an hour in a treatment room for an elderly family member, but when we were delayed and arrived 13 minutes late for an appointment for a critical care need, we were turned away because we were late for the appointment. Disappointing in every way.

Dr. Swift listens & truly seeks to find the cause of the problem. With me, she recommended I go to another doctor, who specialized in my problem, & helped me get into the other doctor. I will use her for all my other health issues & would highly recommend her to others.
