Copays over patient care
Today was the last straw, this office treats patients like cattle, l've been asked to make six different appointments for basic things like medication refills and a UTI, they rack up the copays, have students working with patients without informed consent, even when noted in my chart that I do not wish to be part of a training program. I've seen Dr.O'Connor only two times over two years, instead I am met by students or uncaring PA’s who want to rush me out. I don't have a relationship with 'my doctor' at all. As an aging disabled person with serious medical concerns, I am appalled at the lack of empathy and care in this callous, sterile office. I finally changed doctors today after leaving Dr. O'Connors office in tears.

The physician is great, the office not so much
She is a great doctor. I have been very happy with her care for over 12 years. Unfortunately the office has too many rules that require you to go multiple times a year for refills on stable medications that you have been on for years. They refused to refill my husbands blood pressure medications. I have been out of work for 6 months this year with minimal income so I was not able to afford the office visit. I am working again, but will be looking for another MD. It is too hard to get in to see Dr. O'Connor who made me feel like a real person. I don't like having to see someone else who doesn't know my issues when you walk in.

Doctor O'Connor was really great with me. She was kind and patient. Always explains everything I need. She was not pushy when I was not ready for tests suggested, but was kind and explaining when I was ready for them later. I appreciate the patience, and the knowledge and the kind treatment. Thank you to the doctor and the staff!!

Dr. O is very attentive and thorough. She takes time to go over any concerns and does not leave a stone unturned when it comes to person's health. As someone who has a career in the healthcare field, I feel fortunate to get the care I hope for all our patients to have. This group of healthcare professionals is a great example of excellence in patient care and I highly recommend them, especially Dr. O.

Dr O'Connor is always prompt and caring. She takes time when you have issues and explains things thoroughly. I've only seen her a few times now, one for urgent care and one for a physical, but both times were good experiences.

Dr. O'Connor saved my life by paying close attention to a routine urine specimen that contained a trace amount of blood that appeared via a lab test. She had me retested and referred me to a very good Urologist who removed a cancerous tumor from my bladder. Prior to seeing Dr. O'Connor the doctor I'd been seeing never ordered a routine urine sample and I had no symptoms, so if I had stayed with my previous doctor I may never have known about the cancer or had it removed in time.
