Dr. Shantan Bhargav Reddy Ravula, MD

Very friendly. From check-in to talking to the nurse to visiting with the doctor, everyone was very nice. My doctor visit was great! Learned more in this one visit than I have in all my previous visits with other doctors. Highly recommend !

I went to Dr. Ravula for probably around 7-8 years as my Primary Care before he went into strictly Sleep Medicine. He is definitely the best physician I have ever had in terms of quality, personality, knowledge, timeliness, willingness to help, etc. He has an amazing bedside manner. He helped me through difficult situations with kindness. You can tell he was meant to be a doctor and heal others. He has a gift. He is so friendly, polite, approachable, and he does not rush you through appointments. He answered any question I had, always, whether by phone, MyChart, or in person - no matter how long it took to explain. He is a patient, kind person and wonderful physician. He is very much missed at OLOL, but if you ever need to see a Sleep Specialist, Dr. Ravula is who you need to see. I promise you that! All in all, he is a knowledgeable, compassionate, knowledgeable physician. I highly recommend Dr. Ravula!

As usual Dr Davila is always polite, caring, very attentive to what you say. Never makes you feel rushed. He takes all the time the patient needs and provides excellent care. He is definitely the best Dr I have had in 30 yrs or more. He is a great person and great Dr with a very caring and efficient staff.

Dr. Ravula is a great Dr. But the office staff is horrible. I Waited for 2 months for my appt to get scheduled. I had to send my dr. a message to let him know they had never called. Once they called immediately after, they said they thought they had called me. Finally I get an appt. great visit with Dr. Ravula. He tells me it will take 10 days for insurance approval to get me set up with a sleep study. Two months later no word. I tell my family dr. They put in a word to contact me immediately. They do, and I’m put on hold so long that I hang up. Call back. A few days later to check what’s going on... they still waiting to hear from insurance... you can tell they don’t know what they’re talking about... forget it now... I give up trying.

I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks to see Dr. Ravula. I have no idea if he is a good Dr. or not, because the scheduling is horrendous. I was told on numerous occasions that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment. I waited 4-5 days and called them back. This happened 3 times. Finally I called today to find out when I can expect a call and they tell me I had an appointment yesterday!! Terrible service.
