Their office is run by a group of unorganized kids. Her 'assistant' who seems to be responsible for her priority scheduling is hard to actually reach and when you are successful, you're put on a back burner. For as expensive as a procedure as this was, I am severely disappointed in this team's professionalism and punctuality. Office flaked on my phone appt. and claims to have left a Vmail. Would not recommend.

Telehealth

The doctor took her time to explain my condition. I had been going to several doctors for many years in this field and was told this is how I need to live--- in pain. She offered me a solution I was skeptical about. I now live pain free. God bless this doctor. She saved My well being !

Bullies: the whole team. Very unprofessional group

I had two visits with this doctor to decide on the next steps. She and her staff without any reason, really bullied me the first time. The second time, was better because maybe they were embarrassed or for some reason…. Then they called me and said that they did not accept my insurance when in fact they did. They are scary and seem to have some biases….. I would never go back to that office and do not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional
