Rude, condescending, and won’t listen
She has no bedside manner, talks to you like you’re an idiot, very condescending, and very dismissive about your signs and symptoms. Would not recommend.

Downhill so fast
Dr. Chang used to be a great primary dr. Now she doesn't seen to care. Recenty I got a letter that she is dropping me as a patient because of rude and foul language. I haven't talked to anyone there in almost a year (due for my well exam). I am not the only person who has noticed the attitude shift as I have several friends who use Dr. Chang. She refuses to refill medication people have been on for mental health for years, rolls her eyes at people, has refused to fill out fmla paperwork (and charges you for it if she does fill it out) for a diagnosis she gave you. Just really poor quality and bedside manner, probably should not be a dr because she obviously loathes it so much.

I can see why people would not feel comfortable with her. I saw her for the first time today and I will say she is not a warm and fuzzy Dr. She is straightforward and a bit on the dry side. However, she was really good with me today. I asked questions and she answered them well. When I asked a question about what she was looking at on my chart she immediately turned the screen around and showed me. She seems to be knowledgeable and while I was waiting to speak to the nurse, she looked up a condition that I was telling here about and came in with a printout to talk to me about what she had found so we could be more specific when speaking with another Dr. I had no issues with her and am happy with the direction we are going in my care plan. I think it is best to ask questions of a Dr. and be willing to be a partner in your care plan. I think this is still hard for people to do as we still think doctors are supposed to know everything right them.

I went in for a yearly physical. The physical was not performed. There was not a full panel of blood work drawn, but instead the blood tests that were ran were based on my WEB MD investigation not her independent medical insight. She did not listen to my concerns, ask questions, look me in the eye or make suggestions beyond what I had already said I had been doing, confirming she had not listened to a word I said. Processed in, check, processed out, check check. Done. NEXT number, is how i was treated. I tried to make an appointment with my parents Dr., of course it was not possible within a 2 month window of time, but newby doctor could see me in 1 week. Don't fall for it, there is a reason her calendar is open.

No bedside manner. Never smile or made attempt to make you feel welcome. Was short when listening to me or giving me feedback. She didn’t act like she cared about my wellbeing
