My husband and I have been cared for by Dr. Barrett for at least 25 years. She gives a thorough exam annually and caring attention to every blemish--freezing or doing biopsies on any precancerous spots. Recommend her highly. I find her very warm and friendly.

Dr. Barrett is not always warm and fuzzy, but she is very professional. I went to see her on an emergent basis as I thought I had suspicious mark on my face. It was nothing to worry about, apparently, but Dr. Barrett noticed a spot on my arm (I thought it was an age spot, and never would have asked about it). I was biopsied and was a malignant melanoma! Dr. Barrett saved my life, because, as I said, I never would have checked it out. Boy, was I lucky to have seen her.

her mood is changeable and it's apparent she does not like her job. She can be dismissive and arrogant. My husband and I have been going there for quite some time. There are very few choices in this area for dermatologist.
