Dr. Braun joined our call 5 minutes late. Could not figure out how to join the call, and then blamed her audio visual issues on me. She then proceeded to provide an opinion on my care without asking questions and refused to discuss a preventative option with me because she didn't know how to prescribe it. She is not a modern care provider nor a professional demeanor. I do not want someone with such little competence making medical recommendations for me.

Incompetence!
Telehealth
Would not prescribe a needed medication due to pregnancy. Prior doctors with more knowledge than her were fine with said medication during pregnancy. This medication will cause severe psychiatric withdrawals if not prescribed and I have several pills left now. Bad attitude and did not listen.

We are beyond thrilled with Dr. Braun as my husbands doctor. I also want to let everyone know that Sadie, Dr. Brauns assistant, is beyond fantastic, loving and caring. Sadie knows how to get the job done and goes way beyond the call of duty to make things happen in an emergency! Sadie's follow up calls are very impressive and she makes the patients feel important and special. It takes an excellent staff member to also make the doctor shine. Sadie is a true asset to Dr. Braun's practice. We will happily refer all of our friends and family to Dr. Braun. Thank you Sadie!
