Years ago I was a patient of Dr Greggs, I had problems with uterine polyps so she suggested an outpatient D&C at a local hospital. She didn’t come see me before or after the procedure and had a nurse bring me pics with no explanation. I saw her walk past the room I was in but she didn’t evlook my way. Just so uncaring. I don’t know what I ever did, if anything, to cause her to act this way towards me, but she was really cold during regular office visits as well. After the D&C I changed doctors.

Be prepared to wait at least 3 hours to be seen. I originally had an appointment at 12:15 PM, then it was bumped down to 12:45 PM, then to 1:15 PM. I arrived at 1:25 since I knew I wasn't going to be checked in at 1:15 anyway. I arrive and there's 1 lady in the waiting room. She's finally called about 10 minutes later. Now I'm the ONLY one waiting...... 1:40,1:45, 1:50, 2:00PM and nothing. Finally at 2:05 PM I went to the window to CANCEL my appointment that was scheduled at 12:15PM a month ago!!! I've been a patient for years and it's been the same thing ...year after year. Well not anymore. I will be looking for an obgyn who values and respects my time.

During my initial visit, Dr. Greggs recommended an immediate biopsy (for which she charged $200 out of pocket), tried to push a breast exam on me (even though I told her I had a mammogram one week prior and the results were normal). After calling her office on numerous occasions days before I was to have a procedure in the hospital and not receiving a response, I called and asked to speak with her directly. She called me and told me she had looked at the insurance allowable amt for my procedure and subsequently (by phone!) told me she would not do the procedure unless she also could do a tubal ligation. WHAT???! I was not interested in a tubal ligation, much less one suggested by phone 5 days prior to a completely different surgery we had agreed upon. What medical provider recommends a last minute addition to your surgery by phone? When I told her I wasn't interested, she told me she wasn't willing to just do the planned procedure as we had discussed and booked. Egregious and unethical!

AWFUL! Every visit was delayed by at least an hour. Then I still waited in the office another 45 minutes to be taken back to an exam room. I was always told she was in a delivery. It was very annoying, but bearable. Then I went into labor and Dr Greggs was nowhere to be seen when I needed my waters broke to progress. I was left waiting more than six hours as the nurses assured me she would be coming. She was very rude with me during labor, telling me “You’re not my only patient, Ms. Jones.”

After being a patient of Dr. Gregg's for over 8 years; i still feel like I have to beg to be seeing. When I do have an appointment it gets pushed back every time; my appointment time becomes a 2 hour ordeal minimum. I understand she is popular or busy but other people's time is important as well; she gets paid to take care of her patients maybe she should not over book herself every time and just have a little more quality time with her patients
