Dr. Leano and Dr. Kim are both great doctors. Their helpful, understanding, caring and very knowledgeable. The doctors give you a couple of scenerios of how to deal with or fix your pain and leave the options up to you. But you won't pull the wool over their eyes!

Dr. Kim and Dr. Leano are both good doctors, however, the entire staff is horrible. Unkind, uncaring, rude and incredibly disrespectful. Not one staff member is actually knowledgeable about Billings or referrals. None ever seen to smile and seem to all be miserable people. God help you if there is an issue with a prescription, because they refuse to take faxes from pharmacies and if the pharmacist tries to call the office the staff refuses to speak with them. You will end up not getting your medication until you make another appointment to see one of the doctors. Hmmm...a ploy to get more money? The staff refuse to give the doctors messages if you call in with a question. This happened to me several times and, unfortunately, the Doctors don't seem to have control over their staff as nothing is done when you complain. The office manager is especially unkind and disrespectful to patients. The appointments are, at the very least, double booked and the wait times are unacceptable.

She has no empathy and doesn't want to solve complex chronic pain problems. I would avoid her at all costs.

I love Dr Leano herself. The MEDICAL staff in the office are great. BUT, you have to deal with Heather At the front window and Crissy in billing I have never met two ruder, more self important staff members.

This Dr. Leano is one the "WORST" Doctors I've ever been 2 n my entire life. She and her nurse James does give a rats about people's pain and can care less as well. If anyone who's reading this, please don't go there, because these are the most worse piece of Doctors I've ever been 2 n my life. I've been there a 3 and w of times and before i went I'd read these others response and i must admit, these people who said she and her associates don't care about your pain was and is right. Waited 3 hrs

Simply the worst. Being honest. This was a nightmare from the get go. This office doesn't believe in chronic pain or they'd be willing to listen and actually help/prescribe and do whatever is necessary to help those crying daily from debilitating pain. This office, one of the worst. Don't bother telling them your pain story, they could not care any less.

Dr. Leano is very compassionate, considerate, thorough, truly cares about her patients. She cares deeply about your overall health medically, psychologically and your pain. As long as you are fully honest and forthcoming my experience has demonstrated that she and the rest of the staff will treat each person with fair, reasonable and compassionate treatment for chronic pain. The best and safest clinic I've ever been treated by. I hope to be there as long as I need help. I highly recommend them.
