Above and beyond
Dr Lechner has been my GP for almost 10 years now. She has always listened and considered any health issues with sincerity and compassion. During a serious health scare, she went well above and beyond to help save my life. Forever grateful for her care.

Staff is very nice, doctor is good. As of latest appointments, have had to wait for over an hour. Staff should offer to reschedule, not leave you waiting. That being said, the location is not good at all for handicapped people. The handicapped parking is minimal and on a hill. Double entry door without handicapped aids.

She is thorough, careful, cares sincerely about any issue the patient brings forward. An excellent listener and explainer— the most authentic I have ever encountered. That engenders trust. Outstanding follow-through. Treats the patient like a “ team member” with her. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lechner is the most compassionate, honest Dr. I have ever received care from. She has been my primary for many years and has motivated me to make wise decisions about my health. I wish every Dr. would care about their patients as much as she does!

I feel comfortable with her and I feel that she listens to my concerns. I have only seen her once other than my yearly check ups or I would likely rate her higher!

Dr. Lechner treated me like I was a junkie because I had prescriptions for controlled substances from my psychiatrist. She told me twice during my first appointment with her, in a rude tone of voice, that she would not be providing me with refills for those. I replied both times that I was not asking nor needing her to write those prescriptions & I even offered to sign a release for her to speak with my psychiatrist directly. I felt so disrespected.
