I had a difficult time with this practice. I am moving from out of town and wanted to get Dr. Mahoney set up prior to moving in- knowing that the appointment may be farther out on calendar. They wont give you an appointment with out reviewing your medical files first? this seemed ridiculous.

I have been seeing Dr. Mahoney since I moved to Cape Cod about 5 years ago, and I have consistently found her to be an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. She may not be all bubbly as some people may want their doctors to be--but she *really* listens, asks, follows up and CARES. To me, these are the most important qualities in a primary care physician, and Dr. Mahoney has plenty of all of them. I have recommended Dr. Mahoney to several friends, all of whom are very happy with her.

I have been coming to Dr. Mahoney for about a year now i never have trouble getting a appointment that fit with my busy schedule she is extremely smart and knowledgeable with the problems i have been facing. she explained to me why i was having the symptoms and if i had any other problems with my health i had no issues with getting referrals to see specialist and if i can't get an apt in a appropriate time the staff helped me with those needs to

Extremely nice and very smart Doctor. I had a condition that I was referred to multiple doctors for on the cape and they did not find a reason for my symptoms but then I went to see Dr Mahoney, she took the time to listen to me, obtained records from all my previous doctors and specialists and gave a diagnosis that was confirmed by a specialist she took the time to find for me in Boston! I would never go anywhere else. She has two PA's under her who are great as well and will see you same day!

Do not use Dr. Mahoney for your physician! She is completely abrasive. She presents herself as condescending! At my visit she did not seem to genuinely care about the me as a patient. She did not listen to my symptoms or condition then came up with her own diagnoses based on her idea of what I was experiencing. The visit was a complete waste of time and money.
