Full annual review of health. And Dr Ziegler took the time to investigate a condition. Then she ordered testing that took place right in office-an ekg. Then follow up labs ordered. Along with reassurance that things looked ok but I should follow up with cardio. We reviewed carefully all meds and had a good discussion on several meds and blood lab results and monitoring my health. Staff (nurses) were good. I left after more than an hour in her office well satisfied I am in good hands.

Dr. Ziegler was thorough and listened to me and answered all my questions. She is very much a medical and holistic doctor who has a lot of common sense..

Simply far too busy to give you more than a few minutes and move on.

Now we and more family and freinds are fortunate to have her at the helm. Dr. Ziegler has been attentive, energetic, and has been accessible during the pandemic by televisits, patient portal and phone calls after her long day at work. We are impressed how up-to-date she is, as well as open to alternative healing practices included acupuncture, massage, exercise, meditation and yoga, and healthy herbals. She not only shares her knowledge, but researches and checks back. We have never met such a terrific primary care physician and love the security of having Family Medicine staff available around the clock in emergencies. Dr. Ziegler is a terrific practitioner, backed up by a top notch staff and outstanding felllow practitioners. Thank you Dr. Ziegler and Family Medicine Team!

Dr. Ziegler is the most attentive, compassionate and thorough Dr. I have ever known. And I at 76 have kniwn many. If not for her i would have died of lung cancer 5 years ago. She responded to symptoms ignored by other doctors. . !Also, Dr. Ziegler spends as much time as necessary with each patient and thus sometimes her wait time is longer than with other less humane physicians. But, it is WORTH every minute.to see her.

Dr. Zeigler is always very thorough with each and every patient. She is also very open to natural remedies, health-wise, and listens carefully to her patients.

I think Dr. Ziegler is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients. I have had a very good experience with her and my health.

She was the only one that recommend me to go the herbal route, which is what I knew well, instead of taking drugs to help me when I was diagnosed with a tumor. If it wasn't for her advice, I may not have been here today. She was the best doctor I have ever found when she was back in Buffalo. Thank you so much Dr. Ziegler! We miss you!

I have a very complicated medical history. After my primary moved away and I was left in the hands of another Dr who was horrific, I was terrified that I would not be able find another primary as good as my original one. Thankfully I found Dr Zeigler! She is very straightforward, some may say blunt. But I find that to be honest and helpful. I look forward to working with her to get my health back to as good as we can get it.

In spite of my resistance, Dr. Ziegler gently persisted in reminding me of the potential health benefits of a particular dietary change. I finally tried it, and I feel so much better: 60 lbs. lost this year, headaches are a distant memory, dropped two major meds from my daily regime! Thank you, Dr. Ziegler!
