I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Parikh! He recently performed my first medical procedure, and from start to finish, he made the entire experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Naturally, I was nervous, but Dr. Parikh took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and kindness. His professionalism, expertise, and calming demeanor reassured me, making me feel like I was in the best hands. I am so grateful for his exceptional care and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a compassionate and skilled doctor!

This was my first visit to the practice and beginning with making the appointment to the visit itself, it was a seamless experience. The front office staff, the doctor and his staff made my visit a pleasant one. I look forward to working further with this doctor and practice.

Dr. Parikh is an excellent ENT, specializing in the thyroid. He is personable, knowledgeable and caring.

Very accessible and enjoyable staff. I was greeted by a wonderful front office staff. I didn't receive a call back on the information the Dr. requested through Matthew. Dr. Parish nurse was very helpful. I don't feel that great, but I feel ready for anything he feels might help with my tumors. I was impressed with such a clean environment.

He was knowledgeable from the start and offered options of care

Dr. Parikh answered all of my questions. He was attentive and had a great sense of humor. He is busy, so his bed side manner is quick and efficient. I don’t need sweet talk. I need sure hands, experience and confidence. Dr. S. Parikh has all 3. My experience was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone needing Parathyroid Surgery.The ATL staff, nurses, anesthetist and every person that interacted with me from beginning to end was professional, personable, attentive and caring.Thank you

Dr. Parikh was very friendly and asked pertinent questions related to my visit. He explained the procedure that was performed and reviewed results with me afterward. Very skilled in performing a video scope of my throat.

Dr Parikh has an arrogant and dismissive manner when asked perfectly reasonable questions. He rushes through appointments. I experienced a post surgical infection and his office failed to answer their on call line. Additionally., he failed to culture my infection for 3 office visits. When he finally cultured it he failed to read the microbial susceptibility study and chose to leave me on an antibiotic to which the strain of staph was resisyaccording to the test result. It was only after I saw the result 24 hrs later and pointed it out that he changed my prescription. He lied and said he had just received the susceptibility study. I have proof through a photo he texted me of the result on his computer. He may be a fine surgeon, but his people skills need work and his decision making , when things go badly is questionable in my experience.

He is very knowledgeable and seems like the go-to for thyroid. I am very thankful to have gotten in. His “bedside” manor was a little short and rushed given that he does seem to be an expert, but as it’s still a big thing for each patient in their life, I wish he’d allowed me more time to process and ask questions. But I definitely feel like I’m in good hands.

I was in & out of office in 25 min, including short wait in waiting room.Dr was efficient in completing the biopsy very quickly. & was friendly & respectful.

Absolutely amazing! I feel like I am in very good hands. Very intelligent and directive. I feel like everything was with intention not “waiting time” like other doctors. I appreciated the entire staff and the moral.

Dr. Parikh has been my ENT physician for over 2 years and I have decided to go with another doctor/practice. I agree with other reviews, he does not spend more than 5 minutes with his patients. He breezes into the room with an entourage, ill-prepared and stating incorrect information to the point I have had to correct him to remind him which patient I am. Should I have to do that? NO! And that tells me he did not bother to read my patient chart to know my history or consult with his team prior to entering the room to know the reason for my visit. To have a meaningful dialogue with him about my health is useless and a complete waste of time and money that I am no longer willing to give. He appears to be more interested in ways to make money from a patient’s insurance company by citing the need for various procedures which may or may not be needed. And if you can't offer that he is not engaged. So, I repeat the question, has he forgotten the Hippocratic Oath?

This office is always professional and helpful. Dr. Parikh answers all questions and is a pleasure to visit. Always very helpful.

My experience with Dr. Parikh was deeply disappointing. Referred by my primary doctor, the visit took an unexpected and unsatisfactory turn. Dr. Parikh's 60-second new patient conversation left me feeling unacknowledged and unprepared. He swiftly suggested a fine needle biopsy (FNB) at the same visit, displaying impatience during the procedure. Billing complications added to the frustration. I was asked for an $800 payment upfront for the FNB and additional $372 unexpected bill for a new patient evaluation, despite minimal evaluation. Despite my objections on the new patient evaluation I didn't receive, the clinic is insisting on full payment. This experience was marked by hasty medical care, unjustified billing, and a lack of responsiveness to concerns. I will not recommend this clinic nor this doctor to any new patients.
