His office staff was horrible and very rude. They never called me back when I specifically asked them to so that I could have blood drawn once rather than twice. It was a simple request and they just sent me emails through a portal. When I was upset and was being assertive, I was told that I was overly aggressive. When the doctor finally called me, defended them without even asking me what happened.

He's a very upbeat, likeable and kind person, however I've walked away from my visits to him feeling lost. I have pain that I feel he isn't proactive enough in investigating and I've have to prod him to ask for certain tests. I'm looking for answers/data and a plan of attack to the problem. A shrug and silence really doesn't help when I ask what's wrong with me.

Having seen many doctors during the past decades, I rate my experience with Dr. Ehsani as superb. He interacted with me in a respectful, person-to-person way, with no trace of the arrogance or impatience we all often encounter. He took time to give me detailed information about my medical issue, and it was obvious that he was well informed. I have recommended Dr. Ehsani to several friends.

Dr. Ehsani is fantastic and the transition to telephone medicine through Jackson Medical group was flawless and immensely easy. Dr. Ehsani has been my physician for a few years and my experience with him has been wonderful. He’s is friendly, clear, patient and has a wonderfully lighthearted demeanor. I very much appreciate his clear and accessible explanations and his detail-oriented approach to medicine. Highly recommend!!

For a while, I was seeing any doctor at Jackson Medical Group. Then I happened to get Dr Ehsani for an appt, and now I only see him as my primary care physician. He is warm and funny, caring and thoughtful. He takes time to explain things but not in a condescending way.
I would recommend him highly.

It's such a bummer to see such bad reviews. Dr. Ehsani was my doctor all through college and I really liked him. I could see how he may be unprofessional at times. He tells a lot of jokes, not all of them are funny. The jokes did help me feel more comfortable. I would recommend to any young patient. Dr. Ehsani was the coolest doctor I've ever had.

This doctor was really unprofessional. I saw him awhile ago when I was just about to turn 21yrs, I went in with a sore throat and it came back positive for strep. He was so inappropriate and kept saying you can't have sex while taking the antibiotics because it will make birth control less effective - I told him I was a virgin and that wasn't going to happen but he kept repeating himself as if he didn't even listen and was assuming I was going to do that - so incredibly offensive.

I recently saw Dr. Ehsani for an injury. My regular PA was on vacation. I found Dr. Ehsani to be
a kind and compassionate physician who really cared about my well being. I will continue to see my regular PA. However, I highly recommend Dr. Ehsani to any person who is looking for a primary care physician. He is easy to talk to and fully explains what care he is providing, the procedures involved,
and a route if there is a need to reevaluate one's condition.

he is worst doctor!!!!, Could not identify my knee pain was about, just kept saying it is sprain. Worst part was he kept on treating just one knee but pain was occurring in both knees instead said lets focus on just one knee for now. Later stage my knee injury got severe and needed the surgery

Not a great listener. Inaccurate diagnosis that don't make sense.. He jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts. Doesn't respond well to patient opinion or observations.

He saw me twice for an ongoing issue and assured me it was a result of my birth control (cramps) and a hemorrhoid (pain when sitting). I switched primary care physicians, and turns out I had a fibroid and a fissure, both of which required surgery. I am sure he is a knowledgeable doctor, I just didn't feel he took the time to really examine and understand my symptoms, and thus I did not feel well taken care of.

Recently switched primary doctors. When Shaun saw my ongoing oncology needs, he informed me his role is not to interfere with these more critical aspects of health care, but to be complimentary for the more common issues. A few minor issues have already been resolved quickly and painlessly.
He is direct, knowledgeable, and respectfully humorous. Staff is kind. No complaints!
