My elderly mother whom needed to have an upper back tooth that had decayed overtime removed from her bridge. Dr. Rai did an awesome job with the extraction. Many deep and long roots went with that tooth. Dr. Rai took his time to carefully peal back each root very carefully. My mother's aftercare experienced are her words 'he preformed a miracle' little to mild pain. The staff is kind and courteous starting from the Receptionist area to the Surgical room & in between allhis personal are extremely compassionate & thorough. Thank you for such a positive outcome for my mom. Extra bonus was him finding room in his busy schedule due to her discomfort.

Dr Rai did a front tooth implant for me two or three years ago and I have not had a bit of trouble with it since. I was struck by how much he was concerned about doing a good job and to my benefit. He is a very skilled doctor and took great care and time with my problem since my diabetes greatly complicated the procedure. He is a really fine oral surgeon. See him if you have an oral problem. You will have a good result and make a friend.

Extremely disappointed about my experience here. I was sent here through the VA for an implant evaluation. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment in which I did. I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen. The receptionist kept coming to me saying they’re preparing the surgery room and I didn’t understand that because I wasn’t undergoing any surgery, I just needed an evaluation. Eventually I was called back there and I asked his assistant why it took so long to been seen and she had a little bit of an attitude saying I can reschedule and come back. I told her I came from across the water and she replied with “I see that you did.” I can tell by her demeanor and the oral surgeon Rai’s demeanor that they didn’t want to assist me. My appointment felt rushed and they aren’t able to do the implant saying the bone is too little … little do they know is that I had a recent evaluation at another office who said they can do the implant but the VA is helping me and sent me here.

Dr. Rai provided a seamless, stress-free procedure for my wife's wisdom teeth removal. He is straight-forward and honest and we would 10/10 recommend. He called to check on her two days later himself - very appreciated. The rest of the staff was WONDERFUL to work with and so nice.

I recently had a molar extracted and I was very nervous! DR Rai and his staff are amazingly kind and focused on the patient first! They educated me and calmed my fears. I was so impressed that DR Rai himself called me the next day to check on me. I have not see such great service from a DR and staff in years!!! Grateful!

Dr. Rai’s kind demeanor and explanation of the entire process put me completely at ease regarding the procedure. Excellent experience for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Rai and his team are wonderful people who made the whole process from start to finish stress-free. Very professional but also very welcoming and friendly and kind. The precautions they took during the covid-19 pandemic was also satisfactory. Prices are very fair. Communicated outstandingly with my 'driver' and family post operation. Highly recommended

Excellent Dr. He is very thorough, takes his time with each patient. After my wife's surgery he personally called the next day to see how she was doing. Everyone in the office follows his lead in being kind, patient and empathetic.

I called Dr. Rai's office based on a recommendation I received from a friend. I called them and, from the very beginning, his secretary was incredibly helpful, straight to the point, yet understanding of my situation and empathic. She followed up with a call as promised and got my consult and surgery scheduled for three days later only because they are not open on weekends. The experience at the office was nothing but amazing. Dr. Rai and his whole staff are very kind, patient, professional, yet warm and nurturing. I felt cared for and regarded at all times and I have already referred a friend for the same type of surgery. 150% recommended. The way they treat patients should be the standard and it's sad that I am so surprised by it. They definitely set the bar for what excellent care should be.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted. It was a very smooth procedure and I was made to feel extremely comfortable.

I had a really good experience. Everything went really smooth, Dr. Rai was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. They made sure I didn’t feel any pain at all for the procedure.

Dr. Rai and his staff Did an amazing job from informing me on the process of my procedure to the actual procedure itself. I am amazed at how easy they made this happen for me. I would recommend him to everyone I know for their orthodontic needs.

Excellent speedy service, even if the laughing gas didn’t work on me as it should have. (Not on them, my body is just stubborn) I don’t have health insurance, but they still saw me promptly and helped me with getting payments done. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who needs oral surgery.
