Dr. Williams over saw our care during a three year family building process. We have a beautiful two year old daughter and a son on the way. Although we met our end goal of having children, it did not come without hardships. Hardships we were fortunate enough not to walk through alone. Dr. Williams’ compassionate approach to our care played an okay essential role in our success.

Dr. Williams and the entire team at Illume is unparalleled when it comes to patient care. I have never had such a great experience with a medical practice before, and I'm certain I won't be able to find this sort of empathy and attention to detail anywhere else. Dr. Williams is simply the best!

I went to Dr. Williams in summer 2014 and he helped me conceive my daughter on the first try (clomid + trigger). He was so easy to talk to, easily accessible, & was there every step of the way. Fast-forward to now, 2017, we are trying to conceive the second. We have some obstacles this time, but he is just so compassionate & leaves me feeling so hopeful. Wonderful doctor, extremely smart & knowledgeable, and incredible bed-side manner. I will hate to leave him at RMA when we do conceive the 2nd

Dr. Williams is incredibly gentle and compassionate and has great bedside manner. He made a nerve wracking experience about as a good as it could get. I always left feeling more at peace and hopeful after interacting with him. He is a very knowledgeable source with a calm presence. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Williams made a very tough transition very easy. I was abruptly forced to move from Columbia in NYC to RMACT due to insurance changes. I felt that this was a huge setback and was really frustrated. When we met with Dr. Williams he spent time with us answering our questions and concerns, and did a preliminary exam, since the timing was right in my cycle, as if he had all the time in the world. He is kind, calm and finds a way to balance directness with care and empathy.

Dr. Williams and the RMA staff are all wonderful. They are professional as well as compassionate to each individual's situation. It can be very daunting having any fertility issues and having to go through this process, however Dr. Williams and all of his staff make you feel very comfortable right from the start of the process. Dr. Williams takes the time to answer all of your questions, and explains everything in detail pertaining to your specific case to you and your significant other.

I walked in to Dr.Williams office nervous and scared, I left feeling hopeful, happy and ready to start the invitro process. Dr.Williams was honest and very professional.
